TORONTO FC SEASON TICKET MEMBER REFERRAL BONUS PROGRAM OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS (“Official Rules”)
THIS REFERRAL BONUS PROGRAM IS SUBJECT TO ALL APPLICABLE FEDERAL, PROVINCIAL AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS AND IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. PARTICIPATION IN THIS PROGRAM CONSTITUTES FULL AND UNCONDITIONAL AGREEMENT WITH AND ACCEPTANCE OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES.
(1) PROGRAM PERIOD: The Toronto FC Season Ticket Member Referral Program (the “Program”) begins at 9:00 a.m. ET on [DATE] and ends on [DATE] (the “Program Period”), unless terminated soon in accordance with these Official Rules.
(2) ELIGIBILITY:
This Program is only open to 2025 Toronto FC members that are fully paid or on a payment plan, which is in good standing.
The following applies to the Program: A) The Program does not apply to resellers; B) Membership, of both the referrer and the referral, must be paid off in full or on a valid payment plan in order for the referrer to receive the referral reward bonus; C) Transferred memberships of any kind are not eligible for referral reward bonuses; D) Referral reward bonuses are awarded for referral sales of new members that purchase one (1) or more Membership packages; E) Referrals must be submitted on the Toronto FC online referral form to qualify; F) “Add additional seats to your current membership” is defined as any memberships purchased in addition to the total number of memberships initially invoiced for the 2025 season; G) Members do not qualify for the referral reward bonus by releasing seat(s) and adding the seat(s) back in at a later date; and H) Only full season memberships qualify.
Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment Partnership (“MLSE”) strives to maintain the integrity of the Program and reserves the right to disqualify anyone who attempts to manipulate the Program.
All referrals, for the 2025 Toronto FC season, must be submitted during the Program Period through completion of the online referral submission form to be eligible. In the event the referee purchases one (1) or more Membership packages it will result in the referrer being eligible for the Program bonuses. The referral submission form is found on the Membership HUB web page at [LINK] . The form must be completed in its entirety to be eligible for the bonuses credit.
If it is discovered by MLSE (using any evidence or other information made available to, or otherwise discovered by, MLSE) that any person has attempted to manipulate the Program; in or disrupt this Program, he/she may be disqualified from the Program, and any future programs of MLSE, in the sole discretion of MLSE.
Only one (1) bonus will be awarded to the referrer per membership. In the event multiple 2025 Toronto FC members refer the same new member the bonus will be awarded to the first 2025 Toronto FC member that submitted the new client’s information. In a situation the referral is in question/debate a discussion will be had with the new 2025 Toronto FC member to determine the rightful referrer.
MLSE reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to require proof of identity and/or eligibility (in a form acceptable to MLSE – including, without limitation, government issued photo identification): (i) for the purposes of verifying an entrant’s eligibility to participate in this Program; (ii) for the purposes of verifying the eligibility and/or legitimacy of an entry entered (or purportedly entered) for the purposes of this Program; and/or (iii) for any other reason MLSE deems necessary, in their sole discretion, for the purposes of administering this Program in accordance with these Official Rules. Failure to provide such proof to the satisfaction of MLSE in a timely manner may result in disqualification of the entrant, in the sole discretion of MLSE.
Each recipient of a referral award may also be requested to provide MLSE with reasonable proof that the selected recipient is the Authorized Account Holder of the email account associated with the referral award.
By entering the Program, each entrant agrees to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of MLSE which are final with respect to all matters relating to the Program.
(3) BONUSES:
Participants in the Program will receive a food and beverage credit for successful eligible referrals made by the Participant calculated based on the following:

* Referral Rewards are not eligible for Membership seats purchased in Sections 112-118.
Credit can be used for concession (food and beverage, excluding alcohol) at all fixed station and Toronto FC merchandise kiosk at any 2025 Toronto FC home games at BMO Field.
(4) CLAIMING YOUR BONUS:
At the end of the Program Period all referral credits will be made available exclusively through the Toronto FC app on Members Membership Card under “Membership Central”.
(5) GENERAL RULES:
In the event of a conflict between the Official Rules and any instructions or interpretations of these Official Rules given by an employee of MLSE regarding the Program, these Official Rules shall prevail. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of these Official Rules and disclosures or other statements contained in any Program-related materials, the terms and conditions of these Official Rules shall prevail, govern, and control.
You must have an existing business relationship, an existing non-business relationship, a personal relationship or a family relationship with any person you refer to MLSE.
(6) PROGRAM ADMINISTRATION:
All decisions regarding the Program remain with MLSE. MLSE reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to modify, cancel, suspend and/or terminate any or all parts of the Program for any reason.
(7) PRIVACY AND PUBLICITY RIGHTS:
By accepting a bonus credit, each recipient grants to the MLSE and its affiliates and subsidiaries the perpetual right to use his/her respective name, biographical information, image, photos and/or likeness and statements for programming, promotion, trade, commercial, advertising and publicity purposes related to this Program, at any time or times, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, including, but not limited to, on television, video, the World Wide Web and Internet, without notice, review or approval and without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
MLSE respects your right to privacy. Personal information collected from entrants will only be used by MLSE to administer the Program and, only if consent is actively given at the time of entry, to provide entrants with information regarding upcoming promotions and/or events from MLSE. (8) GOVERNING LAW:
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario. MLSE may amend these terms in its sole discretion without notice.
