Toronto FC announced today that goalkeeper Eric Klenofsky has been loaned to Tacoma Defiance of the USL Championship for the duration of the 2020 season, pending league and federation approval.
Klenofsky, 25, made nine appearances and recorded three clean sheets with Toronto FC II during the 2019 USL regular season. Klenofsky made his debut against Orlando City B on April 5, 2019. He originally signed with Toronto FC II on March 5, 2019. Before joining TFC II, Klenofsky played for Hapoel Marmorek F.C. of Liga Leumit (the second level of Israeli football) where he appeared in 16 matches across all competitions.
