Toronto FC announced today that the club has acquired the Los Angeles Galaxy’s natural first round pick in the 2020 Major League Soccer SuperDraft and the No. 2 MLS Allocation Ranking for 2019 in exchange for the No. 1 MLS Allocation Ranking for 2019.

The Galaxy subsequently announced they have utilized the No. 1 MLS Allocation Ranking to sign defender Giancarlo Gonzalez, which moves Toronto FC back into the the No. 1 spot in the Allocation Ranking order.
