Canada has announced its 18-man roster for the upcoming FIFA World Cup™ Qualifiers against St. Kitts and Nevis on November 11 in Basseterre, SKN and November 15 at BMO Field in Toronto.
Canada needs only one point from its remaining two fixtures in Group D of CONCACAF Round 2 of FIFA World Cup™ qualifying to clinch first place in the pool and secure an entrance into Round 3.
The Canadian coaching staff has elected to make two changes to the squad that took part in the 7-0 win over St. Lucia and the 0-0 draw with Puerto Rico in October.

One of those changes is that 19-year old Toronto FC mdifielder Matt Stinson has earned his first call-up to the Men’s National Team following a number of impressive performances for the Reds. Stinson is a graduate of the Toronto FC Academy.
Should Stinson feature in either of the upcoming games he will be the first teenager to have represented Canada in a FIFA World Cup™ Qualifier since Jaime Peters achieved the feat in 2004.
Other Toronto players recalled to Canada are midfielder Julian de Guzman and Stinson's fellow Academy graduate, fullback Ashtone Morgan.

Stinson and Morgan will feature on Sportsnet Radio Fan 590's The Soccer Show on Thursday night at 8 p.m. ET. The pair will discuss their rise up the football ranks in Toronto and Canada with host Nigel Reed. The segment will be shown on Sportsnetworld (formerly Setanta Canada) at 10 p.m. ET.
Canada will hope to enjoy the benefits of familiarity in the upcoming matches as 10 players on the current roster have featured in all three camps during Round 2 of FIFA World Cup Brazil™ qualifying.
