Toronto FC hosted first-placed FC Cincinnati on Saturday looking to spoil the efforts of the opposing side earning their first-ever Supporter's Shield. Cincinnati took a two-goal lead courtesy of a brace from forward Brandon Vazquez.

In the 39th minute, Osorio pounced on a rebound effort from Bernardeschi’s shot and buried the ball in the back of the net to reduce Cincinnati’s lead to just one.

Five minutes later, Osorio connected with Bernardeschi’s cross and thumped home the headed effort to tie up the game. Ultimately, the Reds fell to FC Cincinnati 2-3, but Osorio's brace on the night earned him a bench spot in the Matchday 35 Team of the Matchday roster.
