Toronto FC II play their final home game of the season this Sunday when they host expansion side Orlando City B at the Ontario Soccer Centre.

This will be the second and final meeting between the two teams. The two clashed in Orlando just over a month ago. A late equalizer from Mitch Taintor had the Young Reds thinking about leaving Orlando with a point. However, seconds later Michael Cox would score to send the fans home happy. The loss kick started the Reds' current five game-losing streak.

For Orlando City, they will be looking to keep hold of their playoff spot with a victory on Sunday. They will try to bounce back after a crushing loss at the hands of the Wilmington Hammerheads. Orlando now sits in the final playoff spot, just two points ahead of the Hammerheads. A victory over TFC would go a long way towards securing the first playoff appearance in franchise history.

Orlando effectively ended Toronto FC II’s playoff hopes this year so the Reds will be looking for a little revenge this Sunday. “We are looking to play spoiler this weekend" added Raheem Edwards.

The Reds will also be looking to salvage the last game of their final home stand. The Young Reds have lost four straight games at home. “We have to right the ship and get that winning feeling back” said head coach Jason Bent.

Players to Watch:

Michael Cox: The Calgarian has been lethal for the Lions this season. He currently has ten goals and two assists in 25 appearances. Cox was dangerous the last time these two teams met. He set up the first goal and scored the winner in their 2-1 victory over TFC.

Lewis Neal: The 35-year-old journeyman has been crucial for the Baby Lions this season. The midfielder has logged under 1700 minutes while adding a goal and two assists. His lone goal came against Toronto FC. The native of Leicester England has played for Stoke City and Preston North End in his career. He also made 53 appearances for DC United between 2012-2015. Recently he appeared in 21 MLS matches for Orlando City last season. He currently coaches in the Orlando City Academy system.
