The Kia Toronto FC Academy hosted an exhibition series with the Canadian Academy of Futbol (CAF) this past Saturday.
The Kia Toronto FC Academy teams each played a match against a CAF all-star team. The games were played with two 40 minutes halves. The results were as follows:
2003s (U14) – Kia Toronto FC Academy vs CAF United – Garrincha, 4-0
Goal scorers: Elijah Wanless, Stefano Capano (2), Kost Thompson
2002s (U15) – Kia Toronto FC Academy vs CAF United – ADP, 3-1
Goal scorers: Amir Batryev, Kean Lam, Jonathan Ampas
2001s (U16) – Kia Toronto FC Academy vs CA United – Dragon Force, 6-0
Goal scorers: Osaze De Rosario (2), Ryan Robinson (2), Jacen Russell-Rowe, Julian Altobelli
Kia Academy Director Laurent Guyot has identified two players from CAF United - ADP who will train on trial with the Kia Toronto FC Academy in the upcoming weeks.
“Our goal is to provide a pathway for our players to either an educational or professional level,” said CAF President Phil Ionadi, “We look forward to continuing to build a strong partnership with Toronto FC so our players can reach their dreams.”

The Kia Toronto FC Academy will be partaking in a similar exhibition series against Oakville Soccer Club this upcoming weekend.
