Justin Morrow launched his summer reading program with students at St. Margaret's Public School and Eastview Public School in Toronto. For the second consecutive year, Morrow provided the classes with books and TFC gift packs and spoke of the importance of education and literacy. Students had the opportunity to choose their own book and discuss their thoughts on it with Justin and the other students.

After the book discussion, students were able to ask soccer-related questions and get photos and autographs. Justin Morrow’s reading program targets summer school classes in the Toronto District School Board “Model School for Inner Cities” program, which aims to empower inner city students with the opportunity to make positive choices and thrive in their neighbourhood. Justin will return to the classroom next week to continue his discussion with students.
