Oyvind Alseth

Alseth, 22, was selected in the third round (65^th overall) in the 2017 MLS SuperDraft from Syracuse University. In four seasons with the Orange, Alseth made 82 appearances, scoring seven goals and added 18 assists. Alseth captained Syracuse to the 2015 ACC Men’s Soccer Championship and finished as semifinalists in the 2015 NCAA College Cup (national championship) in his Junior Year. Syracuse made three NCAA Tournament appearances during Alseth’s four seasons with the Orange. Prior to joining Syracuse University, Alseth played his youth soccer with Rosenborg BK in Norway in the NextGen Series. He helped Rosenborg secure two U-19 National Championships.

Alseth was also part of current TFC partner club K-W United’s 2015 PDL Championship winning team along with Syracuse and Toronto FC teammate Sergio Camargo.
